How we work

Pricing

The firm does not publish prices. This page says why, and what we do instead, because 'contact us for pricing' reads as evasion and a commitment does not.

Why there is no price list

Consulting scope varies with what a client actually needs. A published rate card either under-describes the work or anchors the conversation in the wrong place. Every engagement is scoped and quoted to the client directly.

What we commit to instead

A fixed price, in writing, before any work starts. The proposal states the scope, the deliverables, the exclusions and the timeline alongside it. Once accepted, it is the scope of record and it does not change without a new version you have agreed to.

Why the fixed-scope engagements are fixed

The defined engagements have a stated scope, a stated deliverable and a stated duration, and each states explicitly what it does not include. That is what makes a fixed price honest: the exclusions are what a buyer is really trying to establish when they look for a price.

What happens before you pay anything

A conversation. Then a written proposal. Then, only if you accept it, an invoice, in TTD or USD, payable online by card or by bank transfer. Nothing is charged before a proposal is accepted. Retainers are invoiced monthly and are never a card subscription.
